By booking with PBG Party Rentals/Prolific Party Rentals LLC you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payment Terms
•A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit PER item rented is required to confirm your event booking.
•Remaining Balance must be PAID IN FULL no later than 24 hours prior to event date.
•For bookings made within 48 hours of event date full payment, along with applicable rush fee is required at the time of booking.
•All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferred to another available date within one year of original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

2. Payment Methods
• Payments can be made through our invoicing system which includes a 3% transaction fee

3. Equipment Setup and Requirements.
•Customer is responsible for providing adequate required space for setup, access for set, and required electrical outlets (or generator rental for additional cost ). Specific requirements will be discussed prior to booking and listed in invoice.

4. Liability
•Prolific Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for any injury or property damages resulting from using our rental equipment or services. The client assumes full responsibility for the safety of all event participants and property.

5. Inclement Weather Policy
•If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to hold the event outdoors Prolific Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Rescheduling is based on availability and must occur with one year of original date
•Our inflatables cannot be used in the rain or if winds exceed more than 15mph.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• All deposits are non-refundable.
•In the event of cancellation you may transfer deposit to a new date (subject to availability) within one year of original event date.
•Rescheduling AND/OR refunds (excluding deposit amount) must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to event date.
•NO REFUNDS ALLOWED SAME DAY AS EVENT

7. Unforeseen Circumstances
• Prolific Party Rentals is not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, natural disasters, or any other emergency.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
