Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before booking.

No, set up and delivery fees are not included. Additional fees apply based on your area of service location. Delivery fees vary based on distance from our headquarters. Setup fees vary based on concrete setup, obstructed pathways (I.e stairs..etc)

Yes. There is a deposit required to reserve your date and time. Deposit amount is based on total balance. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after 24 hours, but may be transferred to another available date within one year of original event date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

We deliver through the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. Please contact us at 708-986-7110 to confirm delivery in your area.

If weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to hold the event outdoors Prolific Party Rentals LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. Rescheduling is based on availability and must occur with one year of original date.
Our inflatables cannot be used in the rain or if winds exceed more than 15mph. Clients have up until 24hrs prior to event date to cancel for a partial refund. Clients have until 8am DAY OF EVENT to reschedule. There will be no refunds allowed on same day as event! No exceptions. For safety reasons, we do not deliver when it is raining or if there are high winds, driver will call if your rental needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather, client we will issue a full refund. If your rental the is delivered and the weather later turns inclement, no refund will be issued.
